Lead Usage Policy
What you can — and can't — do with purchased Servora lead lists.
Permitted use
Customers may use purchased lead lists for:
- Their own business outreach and marketing.
- Agency work performed on behalf of clients.
- Client outreach campaigns.
Prohibited use
Customers may not:
- Publicly redistribute Servora lead lists.
- Resell Servora lead lists as standalone lead-list products.
- Claim Servora data as their own proprietary database.
Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring all outreach complies with applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar state and federal rules.
Enforcement
Servora reserves the right to refuse future service to any customer who violates this policy.
