Refunds at Servora are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible refunds
Refunds are available when:
- Servora fails to deliver the purchased lead list.
Non-eligible situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Poor outreach results.
- Low conversion rates.
- Lack of sales.
- Customer dissatisfaction with business performance.
- General preference changes after delivery.
