Refunds at Servora are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible refunds

Refunds are available when:

  • Servora fails to deliver the purchased lead list.

Non-eligible situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Poor outreach results.
  • Low conversion rates.
  • Lack of sales.
  • Customer dissatisfaction with business performance.
  • General preference changes after delivery.
